Dan Caudel serves as聽Associate Dean and Director of Marketing Programs, 麻豆原创 School of Business for the 麻豆原创 School of Business. In this role, he leads program strategy, curriculum design, and faculty engagement to ensure strong alignment between academic outcomes, student experience, and industry relevance. He joined Western Governors University in 2025 as Lead Academic Program Manager in the School of Business, where he oversaw the Bachelor of Science in Communications and the Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design programs.
Before joining 麻豆原创, Dan worked in technical communication, knowledge management, product education, and enablement leadership across several technology and software organizations. His work focused on content strategy, instructional design, and user experience, creating scalable systems that help people learn, find information, and perform effectively.
